OTP Not Received

If you are not receiving the OTP during login or verification, follow these steps.

Possible reasons

  • Weak network signal

  • Incorrect mobile number

  • SMS delay from operator

  • Do Not Disturb (DND) enabled

What you can do

  1. Check your mobile network

  2. Wait a few minutes and retry

  3. Click Resend OTP

  4. Ensure your number is correct

  5. Restart your phone if needed
