If your payment fails, follow these steps to resolve the issue.

Common reasons for payment failure

  • Insufficient bank balance

  • Incorrect payment details

  • Bank transaction decline

  • Session timeout during checkout

What you can do

  1. Check your internet connection

  2. Try a different payment method

  3. Retry the transaction after a few minutes

  4. Ensure sufficient balance in your account

If money is deducted but order is not confirmed
