Payment Issues

If your payment fails or is not confirmed, follow these steps.

Common issues

  • Payment failed but amount deducted

  • Transaction timeout

  • Bank decline

What to do

  1. Wait a few minutes for automatic confirmation

  2. Check your bank statement

  3. Do not retry immediately if money is deducted

  4. Try another payment method

If issue persists

Contact OTXAD support with:

  • Transaction ID

  • Payment screenshot

  • Date and time

Tip

Most failed payments are resolved automatically within a short time.
