Refund eligibility depends on the type of service or purchase made on OTXAD.

General policy

  • Some services may be non-refundable

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on payment provider

When refunds may apply

  • Duplicate payments

  • Failed transactions with successful deduction

  • Service cancellation (as per provider terms)

How to request a refund

  2. Provide transaction details

  3. Wait for verification and processing
